Claims (1)
- 短形状に形成され配設された超音波振動子と、
この超音波振動子を固着装備する直方体状の背板
とを有する超音波探触子において、前記背板の長
手方向の両側面に所定厚さの補強板を固着し、こ
の補強板を熱膨張係数の小さい弾性部材によつて
形成したことを特徴とする超音波探触子。
