    る調整槽と、を具備する排水改質装置において、 上記処理槽及び上記沈殿槽の少なくとも1つの
    槽の中へ又はその前工程中へ、二価鉄塩及び三価
    鉄塩を含有する生理活性水を添加することを特徴
    とする排水改質装置。
