    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 廃水を生物学的に硝化脱窒させる装置、該装置
    からの活性汚泥と処理水の混合液を限外過によ
    つて分離する固液分離装置、該装置からの透過液
    中の微量窒素分を再度生物学的に除去する仕上げ
    処理装置よりなる廃水処理設備において、前記仕
    上げ処理装置が固定化活性汚泥を利用する装置で
    あることを特徴とする廃水処理設備。
