Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一対の磁性板１，２の両端に一対の永久磁石３
，４を逆極性で介在させ、該磁性板１，２の間に
発生する漏洩磁束の強さと向きを非接触で移動可
能な磁気抵抗素子５で検出する磁気センサにおい
て、 該磁気抵抗素子５が前記磁性板の中央部から両
端部に移動するにつれ、前記漏洩磁束の向きに対
すく磁気抵抗素子の投影形状の面積が小さくなる
よう前記磁気抵抗素子を制御する制御機構を設け
、両端部での感度を中央部より低くするようにし
てなることを特徴とする磁気センサ。
