- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 受光体である焦電性高分子フイルムの一方の
面に固定用基板が設けられ、 且つ、他方の面に、寸法保持性を有する固定用
の基体が設けられていて、 前記焦電性高分子フイルムが、その受光面の全
周囲において、前記固定用基板と前記固定用の基
体との間に挾み込まれた状態で固定されているこ
とを特徴とする焦電型赤外線センサー。 ２ 前記焦電性高分子フイルムと前記固定用基板
及び前記固定用の基体とが夫々接着剤により互い
に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載
の焦電型赤外線センサー。
