In this case, battery charging depends on the operating condition of the transport vehicle,
In many cases, batteries are unloaded from transport vehicles and charged. Batteries for cycle service have a standard terminal voltage of 12V, and transport vehicles use battery cassettes containing multiple batteries connected in series. For maintenance such as charging, conventionally the cassettes are placed on free rollers installed inside the transport vehicle to facilitate loading and unloading.
In addition, cassette loading structures are used, such as one in which the electrical connection to the transport vehicle is made manually, or one in which the cassette is slid without using a free roller and electrical connection is made via a current collector. It was.

ある。 However, the former cassette loading structure is not fully automatic and is therefore unsuitable for unmanned operation of many transport vehicles, while the latter cassette loading structure has a current collector and a cassette positioning stopper located at the bottom of the cassette. However, there are disadvantages such as inconvenience in moving the cassette.

The batteries are arranged in a row and terminals are provided at both ends, and if a plurality of batteries are stored in a row in the battery cassette in the alignment direction, all the battery cases are arranged in a row and automatic water refilling is performed. Conveniently, the battery cassette is elongated in the alignment direction. Therefore, when moving a cassette between parts of a transport vehicle or charging equipment for battery replacement or charging, at least six running rollers stabilize the transfer of the cassette at the ceiling rail joint, allowing it to move forward and backward. The left and right guide rollers function to smooth the transfer. Then, when the cassette is inserted into a predetermined position in a transport vehicle or charging equipment, the conducting current automatically contacts a current collector provided in the transport vehicle or charging equipment, and charging and discharging is performed.

果がある。Effects of the invention The present invention is as described above, and since the battery cassette is equipped with a predetermined number of running rollers and guide rollers on the upper part and is guided and moved on the ceiling rail, it can be smoothly moved in and out of the transport vehicle or charging equipment, and can be operated unattended. It is convenient, and because the stopper and power supply are located above the cassette and close to the ceiling rail, it is possible to accurately position the cassette in a transport vehicle or in a charging facility, and it does not interfere with the movement of the cassette. In addition, all the battery containers in the cassette are aligned in the direction of movement of the cassette, so when performing automatic water replenishment, water can be refilled sequentially from the battery container at one end to the container at the other end. This has the effect that it can be easily configured.
