Claims (1)
- スイツチングレギユレータ方式の定電圧電源回
路において、出力電圧を抵抗器を介して分圧し、
その分圧点をダイオードと抵抗器の直列接続回路
を介して、第１のトランジスタのベースに接続し
、このコレクタを出力電圧と基準とする電圧を比
較する電圧比較増幅回路の一つの入力端子に接続
し、上記第１のトランジスタのベースと第２のト
ランジスタのコレクタを接続し、該第１、第２の
トランジスタのエミツタを電源入力端子に接続し
、上記第２のトランジスタのベースは抵抗器を介
して、コンデンサに接続し、該コンデンサの他端
は所定電圧源に接続し、且つそのコンデンサに並
列に抵坑器を接続し、上記第２のトランジスタベ
ースから抵抗器を介して接続した側のコンデンサ
端子は、少なくとも一つの抵坑器を介して、電源
入力端子に接続した構成の保護回路系を有するこ
とを特徴とする定電圧電源回路。
