ドラムの中心部からドラム内に熱風を供給する為
の熱源が付設してある菓子生地の乾燥装置におい
て、前記ドラムの周壁および側壁に開度調整可能
とした通気窓が複数個設けてあることを特徴とし
た菓子生地の乾燥装置。 ２ ドラムは、内部が円周方向で複数の部屋に区
画されており、各部屋に夫々複数個の通気窓が設
