As a conventional rod antenna raising/lowering device of this kind, the base end of the rod antenna is rotatably attached to the roof of a car, for example, and the antenna is constantly biased to be erected by a spring force, and when not in use, the rod antenna is There is a device in which a rod antenna is horizontally locked on a roof against a spring force, and when in use, by releasing the locking state, the rod antenna is made to stand up on its own by the spring force. In such conventional devices, the rod antenna stands up on its own due to the force of the spring, which is dangerous if the height of the roof of the automobile is too high. Furthermore, when not in use, the rod antenna must be manually lowered and locked in a horizontal position on the roof, which has the disadvantage of being cumbersome to operate. Recently, in order to eliminate these drawbacks, the rotational force of the motor has been used to
An electric rod antenna raising and lowering device that lowers and lowers the rod antenna relatively slowly through a speed reduction mechanism has been devised and put into practical use.

However, the above electric rod antenna raising and lowering device has the following problems to be solved. That is, since the speed reduction mechanism for slowing down the rotation of the motor uses a speed reduction mechanism that is a combination of ordinary gears, the speed reduction mechanism becomes quite large-scale. Therefore, it is difficult to mount the speed reduction mechanism on the roof of an automobile, and it also causes problems when the automobile is running at high speed, and is not desirable in terms of appearance.

The second case 21 of the movable part 20 is a disk part 21
A and an antenna holding part 21B, and the peripheral edge of the disk part 21A is connected to the first case 1 on the fixed part side.
It is rotatably fitted to the outer circumferential portion of the disk portion 11A of No. 1. A circular recess 22 in which the engagement plate 19 can be accommodated is formed at the center of the inner surface of the disk portion 21A. An engaging portion 22a that engages with the engaging element 19a is formed in a part of the outer peripheral wall of the circular recess 22. Next, the operation of this device configured as described above will be explained in the fourth section.
This will be explained with reference to FIGS. 7 to 7. When the drive motor 12 is rotated in a predetermined direction, the worm 13 rotates in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3, and the worm gear 15 meshing with the worm 13 rotates in the direction of the arrow. Then, the cam gear 16 rotates in the direction of the arrow. Therefore, the eccentric shaft cylinder 16a is
From position a shown in the solid line in the figure, b shown in broken line sequentially,
It rotates through states c and d. Therefore, the spur gear 17, whose center hole 17a is fitted into the eccentric shaft cylinder 16a, rotates eccentrically as shown in FIGS. 5A to 5D. Then, the tooth portion 17b of the spur gear 17 is replaced by the tooth portion 18b of the internal gear 18 disposed on the outer periphery of the spur gear 17.
The internal gear 18 rolls along the inner circumferential surface of the internal gear 18 while being partially engaged with the internal gear 18. Therefore, the engagement plate 19 integrated with the spur gear 17 also rolls together with the spur gear 17. In this case, the spur gear 17 and the engagement plate 19 will revolve in the direction of the solid line arrow while rotating in the direction shown by the broken line arrow in FIG.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the movement of the engagement plate 19 that performs the above-mentioned rolling motion. As shown in FIG.
As the entire engagement plate 19 rolls together with the spur gear 17, it first moves backward as indicated by arrows X, Y, and Z in the figure, then rotates by a predetermined angle θ, and then moves forward again. This will end the cycle. The above operation is performed every time the cam gear 16 rotates once. The rotation angle θ is determined by the difference in the number of teeth between the spur gear 17 and the internal gear 18. For example, if the number of teeth of the spur gear 17 is 62 and the number of teeth of the internal gear 18 is 66, the rotation angle will be about 23 degrees, which corresponds to the difference between them, ie, 4 teeth. Also spur gear 17
The number of teeth is 60, and the number of teeth of internal gear 18 is 65.
, the difference is a rotation angle of 30°, which corresponds to 5 teeth. The example in FIG. 6 shows the latter example. In addition, the reduction ratio in the former case is 1:16.5,
In the latter case, the reduction ratio is 1:13.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing changes in the rotation angle in the circumferential direction as viewed from the center point of the engagement plate 19 shown in FIG.
It is a diagram which shows the relationship of the rotation angle of a. As is clear from FIG. 7, the engaging element 19a repeats intermittent rotation. As is clear from what has already been explained, such intermittent rotation is caused by the movement of one point of the spur gear 17 that is in contact with the inner periphery of the internal gear 18. There is almost no movement in the direction, and the internal gear 18 is used exclusively.
It performs an opening/retreating operation from the center, then changes to a circumferential movement, and then performs an approaching forward movement. Therefore, at the beginning and end of the operation, there is almost no rotation in the circumferential direction, and as a result, a step operation as shown in FIG. 7 is performed.

Thus, the second case 21
The antenna 4 rotates intermittently in response to the rotational movement of the antenna 4.
0 rises by a predetermined angle. When the motor 12 finally reaches a state where it stands upright at a substantially right angle to the roof of the vehicle, a limit switch (not shown) operates to stop the rotation of the motor 12. Therefore, the antenna 40 is set up in a substantially vertical state. The upright angle of the antenna will be approximately 70 degrees if the rotation angle of one step is set to approximately 23 degrees.

When the antenna 40 is laid down on the roof of the automobile when not in use, the motor 12 may be rotated in the opposite direction to that in the above case. In this case, the operation is performed in the opposite direction to that in the above case, and when the rod antenna 40 is lowered onto the roof of the automobile, a limit switch (not shown) is activated and the lowering operation is stopped.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the rod antenna 40 can be automatically raised and lowered at a predetermined speed. Therefore, there is no danger associated with conventional spring-type devices, and the operation is simple. In particular, since a speed reduction mechanism using an internal gear is used, the speed reduction mechanism can be made small and does not require much installation space. Therefore, it can be easily and stably mounted on the roof of an automobile, and there is no problem even when the automobile is running at high speed. In addition, in conventional spring-type devices, there was a risk that the antenna setting angle would change due to wind pressure, but in this device, due to the mechanical relationship between the worm 13 and the worm gear 15, the antenna can be set upright. There is no possibility that the angle will change due to external force.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the embodiment described above, the spur gear 17 and the engagement plate 19 are provided separately and are integrated by adhesive or other means, but they may be integrally molded in advance. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the antenna operating mechanism was integrally molded as the second case 21, but the engaging part 22a, the antenna holding part 21B, etc. are provided separately, and these are integrally molded into the second case. It may also be possible to combine them. It goes without saying that various other modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

According to the present invention, the rotation of the motor is sufficiently decelerated by the rolling of the spur gear in the limited narrow space inside the internal gear, and is converted into the antenna hoisting operation force, so the rod antenna is automatically hoisted and raised. To provide a rod antenna hoisting device that can be operated, is small and lightweight, can be easily installed on the roof of a car, and does not pose a problem even when the car is running at high speed.
