第１図及び第２図はこの考案の一実施例を示す
流量調整装置の断面図とそのオリフイス穴の形状
図、第３図はこの考案の他の実施例を示す流量調
整装置の断面図、第４図は従来の流量調整装置を
示す断面図である。 図において、１は第１の流路、２は第２の流路
、３はバツフル、４は筐体、５は止栓、６は第３
の流路、７はステム、８はヒータ、９は電源、１
０は第４の流路、１１はオリフイス、１２はボー
ル、１３はオリフイス穴、１４はオリフイス穴切
欠き、１５は第２のボールである。なお、図中、
同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示し
てある。

整装置の断面図、第４図は従来の流量調整装置を
示す断面図である。 図において、１は第１の流路、２は第２の流路
、３はバツフル、４は筐体、５は止栓、６は第３
の流路、７はステム、８はヒータ、９は電源、１
０は第４の流路、１１はオリフイス、１２はボー
ル、１３はオリフイス穴、１４はオリフイス穴切
欠き、１５は第２のボールである。なお、図中、
同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示し
てある。
Claims (1)
- 流体の流れる第１の流路と、流体の流れを一時
せき止めるための筒状のバツフル及び、このバツ
フルの外周に設置される筐体、上記筐体とバツフ
ルとの間に形成される第２の流路、また上記筐体
に取付けられた止栓、ならびに上記止栓に取付け
られバツフルの内側に設置されるステム、上記バ
ツフルとステムとの間に形成される第３の流路、
また上記ステム内に設置されたヒータ及び、上記
バツフルに取付けられ上記ステムとの間にクリア
ランスを形成するオリフイス及び、上記バツフル
により第１の流路と隔てられた第４の流路によつ
て構成され、ステムを延長してオリフイス穴によ
つてステムを両端支持構造としたことを特徴とす
る流量調整装置。
