Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す流量調整装
置の断面図、第２図は従来の流量調整装置を示す
断面図である。 図において、１は第１の流路、２は第２の流路
、３はバツフル、４は筐体、５は止栓、６は第３
の流路、７はステム、８はペルチエ素子、９は電
源、１０は第４の流路、１１はボール、１２はオ
リフイス、１３はヒータである。なお、図中、同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

、３はバツフル、４は筐体、５は止栓、６は第３
の流路、７はステム、８はペルチエ素子、９は電

一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 流体の流れる第１の流路と、流体の流れを一時
せき止めるための筒状のバツフル及びバツフルの
外周に設置される筐体、上記筐体とバツフルとの
間に形成される第２の流路、また上記筐体に取付
けられペルチエ効果により吸収された熱量を放出
する機能を有する止栓、ならびに上記止栓に取付
けられバツフルの内側に設置されるステム、上記
バツフルとステムとの間に形成される第３の流路
、また上記ステム内に内蔵されたペルチエ素子及
び上記バツフルに取付けられ上記ステムの先端に
取付けられたボールとの間にクリアランスを形成
するオリフイス及び上記バツフルにより第１の流
路と隔てられた第４の流路、ならびに上記ペルチ
エ素子に電力を供給するための電源とによつて構
成され、非動作時にはノーマリクローズとなつて
いることを特徴とする流量調整装置。
