び上記バツフルに取付けられ上記ステムの先端に
取付けられたボールとの間にクリアランスを形成
するオリフイス及び上記バツフルにより第１の流
路と隔てられた第４の流路、ならびに上記ペルチ
エ素子に電力を供給するための電源とによつて構
成され、非動作時にはノーマリクローズとなつて
