Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily automatize multiple stages by facing a pair of plate dies to each other in the lateral direction, inserting a roll-shaped stock between both dies, then, moving them at the same speed in the opposite direction to work the stock without transferring itself. CONSTITUTION:The pair of plate dies 1, 1' face each other in the lateral direction and a roll-shaped stock A is inserted from the upper part between the dies to work a product A'. When the dies 1, 1' are moved at the same speed in the opposite directions, pressure surfaces 1a, 1'a set for each state have been formed on the opposite surfaces to work the stock A into a target shape. The stock A is worked without transferring itself because both dies move at the same speed in the opposite directions. The stock A is worked in one advance and the stock A is pushed up, etc., by another knockout device in the return time. By this method, the product A' requiring multiple stages can be worked easily and automatically.

(Prior art) Conventionally, when rolling a rolled part using a plate die, one plate die is fixed, the other is moved back and forth, and one
There are known rolling methods in which a material is formed into a desired shape by reciprocating the material, or in which both plate dies are reciprocated in relatively opposite directions.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) In this case, in the former method, only one plate die is moved, so the material also rolls and moves significantly from the initial insertion position, and in the latter method, Because the moving speeds of the plate dies are not the same, they move slightly, and in any case, the position where the material enters and the position where the product comes out will be different. Therefore, although a simple method that completes the processing of the material in only one step is fine, if multiple steps are required, it is difficult to detect the position of the material when transporting the material to the next step, and on the other hand,
Even when a knockout device is installed to make a part of the material protrude from the plate die after processing so that it can be easily grasped by the conveying device, if the material is not always in a constant position, extrusion becomes difficult. Even in the arrangement of the plate dies, since they are vertically opposed, the material cannot be inserted from above, but must be inserted from the side. For these reasons, when a product that requires multiple steps is processed in a continuous manner, the conveyance equipment to the next process becomes extremely complex and expensive, and moreover, many conveyance errors are likely to occur. However, it was not suitable for automation.

(Function) Since a pair of double-plate dies (1) and (1') are laterally opposed to each other, the material (A) is inserted from above through the double-plate dies (1).
), (1), and a double plate die (1),
(1) is moved in the opposite direction at the same speed. Then, pressing surfaces (la) and (la) of shapes set for each processing process are formed on the opposing surfaces of both plate dies (1) and (1), so press these against the surface of the material (A). When rolled, it is processed into the desired shape. At this time, the material (
A) rotates at the initial inserted position, but the double plate die (

(1) is processed without moving because it moves in the opposite direction at the same speed. In this case, both plate dice (1), (1
) moves back and forth, but the material (A) is processed in one forward movement (in the direction of the arrow in Figure 3 A), and in the backward movement (in the direction of the arrow in Figure 3), the material (A) is knocked out by another. It is pushed up by a device or transported to the next process by a transfer device or the like. In addition, the relief grooves (
lb) and (1'b) are forward motions that release the material (A) from the suppression surfaces (la) and (1'a) when processing is completed, thereby interfering with the operation of the knockout device and transfer device. I'm trying not to put it in danger.

(1) is not shown, but is moved in opposite directions at the same speed using a suitable drive device such as a crank mechanism or hydraulic cylinder.
Further, after being processed in the forward motion, a knockout device that pushes up the material (A) from below in the backward motion, a transfer device that sends and sets the material (A) to the next process, etc. can be used in conjunction with the drive device.

(1') moves in the opposite direction at the same speed, so the material (A) is always at a constant position during processing. Therefore, even in processing that requires multiple steps, the transfer device can easily grasp the material (A). etc., it can be reliably transported to the next process and set.
It is possible to prevent mistakes in I2 feeding, and it is also easy to introduce a transfer device and a no-kout device.
