Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電子線照射源を内蔵する真空室の照射窓を
閉塞する窓箔と前記窓箔を外部から押える箔押え
とを備えてなる電子線照射装置において、 箔押えの両側に窓箔冷却用の冷却風を吹き付け
る吹付ノズルと、前記冷却風を吸い込む吸込ノズ
ルを設け、前記吹付ノズル、吸込ノズルの先端の
ノズル部を、前記箔押えの下部にまで延長して設
置してなる電子線照射装置。 (2) 箔押えの周側面に吹付ノズルおよび吸込ノ
ズルの先端面を衝合させ、その衝合面をテーパ状
とし、前記吹付ノズルおよび吸込ノズルを前記箔
押えに対して押し付ける押付機構を設けてなる請
求項１記載の電子線照射装置。
