- 電子線を放射する真空チエンバと、前記真空チ
エンバからの電子線が被照射物に照射するための
照射チエンバとを備えた電子線照射装置において
、前記真空チエンバの照射窓部の窓箔の押え枠の
内部にその内面に向かつて開口する貫通孔を設け
、前記貫通孔には、前記窓箔またはその近辺に向
けて吹き付けられる窒素ガスを供給してなる電子
線照射装置。
