[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet used for decoration or display purposes, etc.
In detail, we use a pressure-sensitive adhesive for cutting machines that has excellent workability when cutting the base material layer of an adhesive sheet using a cutting machine to create cutting patterns such as letters and paper cutouts, and when pasting the created patterns. Regarding the seat.

[Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and inventions] Conventionally,
As an adhesive sheet, one in which a base material layer is laminated on a removable support via an adhesive layer is known. The adhesive sheet is made by cutting the base material layer into a predetermined pattern, and then laminating the base material layer in the pattern. It is used for decoration or display by pasting it on the surface of an adherend, for example, a wall surface.

The above-mentioned adhesive sheet has a base material layer made of a colored film such as a vinyl chloride film, an acrylic film, or a fluororesin film, and a releasable support such as release paper attached to the base material layer via an adhesive layer. Those laminated on the body are commonly used.

When creating a cutting pattern using a computer-controlled cutting machine as described above, the cutter moves quickly and the cut base material layer rolls up from the release layer of the release support, which prevents accurate pattern cutting. There are some things that I can't do. Therefore,
It is conceivable that the base layer enhances the adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the release layer to prevent the base layer from curling up as described above.

However, if the adhesive force between the two is increased, the removal of unnecessary parts after canting (so-called scrap removal),
The problem arises that the process (which is usually done manually) becomes difficult and work efficiency decreases.

In addition, only the necessary part after cutting (the base material layer of a predetermined cutting pattern) is transferred and temporarily fixed to another adhesive film (generally called an application tongue sheet (or tape)), and then the above-mentioned release layer is Peel it off,
Next, when adopting a method in which the base material layer with the predetermined pattern is adhered to the surface of the adherend using an adhesive layer, the work efficiency similarly decreases because it is difficult to peel off the base material layer with the predetermined cutting pattern from the release support. The problem arises that the amount of energy decreases.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to prevent part of the base material layer from curling up even when a cutting machine with a fast cutting operation is used, so that the base material layer can be cut in an accurate pattern, and furthermore, after cutting, the base material layer can be cut in an accurate pattern. An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for a cutting machine that has excellent workability and allows the base material layer to be easily and accurately peeled off from a releasable support.

As a result, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for cutting machines of the present invention is suitable for cutting the base layer into a predetermined pattern using, for example, a computer-controlled cutting machine capable of cutting at high speed. Even when cutting, corners and small parts do not curl up, so even detailed cutting patterns can be cut accurately. Furthermore, since the desired base material layer portion after cutting can be easily and accurately peeled off from the releasable support, scrap removal work to remove unnecessary parts of the base material layer and scraping work can be performed after removing unnecessary parts. This makes it possible to efficiently transfer the necessary parts to the application sheet.

A test piece was prepared by cutting it into a size of 0 m, and the releasable support of the test piece was fixed on a smooth panel using double-sided tape, and the end base material layer and accompanying material were peeled off from the release layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer was moved and peeled off from the peelable support in a direction of 180° at the predetermined speed, and the tensile force at that time was measured.

The releasable support in the present invention is particularly limited as long as it has a releasable support and has a releasable layer on the surface that can peel off the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the base layer. For example, various sheet materials such as nonwoven fabrics, synthetic fibers, nets, paper, plastic films, or laminates of paper and polyolefin films such as polyethylene films are coated with a material to form a release layer. I can list some things as preferred. Examples of the material forming the release layer include silicone resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, vinyl chloride,
Vinylidene chloride, tetrafluoroethylene polymer, vinyl fluoride, vinylidene fluoride, aminoaldehyde, seracta, wax paraffins, chromium chloride stearate,
Alkyl acid phosphates, titanium dioxide and nitrocellulose, fluorocarbons, perfluorocarbon oxylic acids, polybutadiene and acrylonitrile copolymers, sodium alginate and hydrated sodium silicate and clay blends, polyvinyl butyral and hydrogenated castor oil and stearic acid blends, vinyl Pyrrolidone and vinyl stearate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl stearate copolymer, vinyl stearate, maleic anhydride and vinyl acetate copolymer, higher alkylamines, polyvinyl octadecyl urethane, acrylic acid and acrylic acid Examples include octadecyl copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol and N octadecyl carbamate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol and N dihydroperfluoroalkyl isocyanate copolymer, and carbamic acid and polyvinyl alcohol. Particularly preferable examples of the releasable support having a release layer include silicone resin-coated release paper, polyester film, and polypropylene terpolymer-coated paper.
