If the spray water is at low temperature or low pressure, it will take time to dissolve, making it impossible to dissolve and supply the necessary amount of cleaning agent to the washing machine in a short time. Although the problem of solubility has been improved since it is a powder-like cleaning agent, there is a concern that the cleaning power may decrease in the initial stage when the cartridge cleaning agent is replaced because the sealant that dissolves first does not contribute sufficiently effectively to cleaning.

When hot water is injected from the water injection nozzle 33, the solid hydrated cleaning agent 13 is initially dissolved, and this is supplied from the supply pipe 35 to the cleaning machine. Therefore, there is no reduction in the cleaning power of the cleaning liquid during the initial injection of hot water, and a sufficient amount of cleaning agent can be supplied to the washer from the beginning of replacing the cartridge cleaning agent.

決定などに支障をきたす。When the solid hydrated cleaning agent 13 is dissolved and reaches the layer of the granular cleaning agent 15, the granular cleaning agent 15 is dissolved. The powder/granular cleaning agent 15 filled in the bottom 11a of the container 11 has better solubility than the solid hydrated cleaning agent 13, so no cleaning agent (powder/granular cleaning agent 15) remains near the bottom. It can be used up by dissolving it until the end. If the cleaning agent does not dissolve until the end and remains at the bottom of the container, not only will the cleaning agent be wasted, but cleaning agents generally contain strong alkalis such as caustic soda, so handle used containers. Or, it is troublesome to dispose of it. In addition, even though there is cleaning agent remaining in the cartridge cleaning agent container, the cleaning agent concentration in the cleaning solution rises to an appropriate level and does not recover.
This poses a problem in maintaining the cleaning machine and determining when to replace the cartridge cleaning agent.

As the alkaline agent, caustic soda, caustic potash, sodium metasilicate, soda carbonate, etc. are used. Examples of the chelating agent include sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, polyacrylate, polymaleate, ethylenediaminetetraacetate, gluconacetate, and nitrilotriacetate. Examples of the disinfectant include sodium dichloroisocyanurate. After these components are thoroughly and uniformly mixed, they are compacted and packed into a container.

By forming the center of the bottom surface 11a below the base 11c of the side wall 11b (on the opposite side of the opening 17), the cleaning agent remains undissolved on the bottom surface of the container, especially on the edge of the bottom surface. This can be prevented. FIG. 10 shows a case where a cavity 21 is formed in the container 11 and the solid hydrated cleaning agent 13 is cast and filled, but the content of this technology is based on the shape of the container itself. The filling format of the cleaning agent is not limited. For example, the filling formats shown in Figures 4, 6, 7, and 9 of the embodiments of this application are also possible, and the filling formats described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-4480 are also applicable. can.
