Conventionally, such processing of fibrous materials has been carried out by filling a vertical cylindrical inner tank with the fibrous material and loading this inner tank into a vertical cylindrical processing tank. That is, first, a rectangular fiber material (see Fig. 5) is folded into a ball, and then, as shown in Fig. 6, a cylindrical inner tank with circulation holes formed in the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is formed. 1 and fill it concentrically. 3 is the rolled fiber material.

In addition, the filled fiber material 3
Since the fiber density in the gaps between the clumps is small and there is little resistance, the processing fluid flows through these gaps more than other parts, and the processing fluid does not flow through the fiber material 3 sufficiently, causing uneven processing. Ta. Therefore, several proposals have been made to prevent the above-mentioned uneven processing by improving the flow of processing fluid (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 5123631).
Since both of these methods use a cylindrical inner tank 1, there remains the problem that wrinkles and uneven processing occur in the fiber material 3 due to incompatibility between the shape of the fiber material 3 and the inner tank 1.

In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a horizontal cylindrical processing tank. Open the opening/closing lid 10a provided at one end and insert the inner tank 11 filled with the fiber material 3 to be processed from the side. The inner tank holder is placed on a stand 12. By placing it, the inner tank 11 is loaded. The figure shows a state in which four inner tanks 11 are stacked in two layers and lined up in two rows. As shown in FIG. 2 (longitudinal sectional view) and FIG. 3 (BB' sectional view in FIG. 2), this inner tank 11 has a rectangular shape as a whole, and has a header portion 19 on the bottom. In addition, a communication hole 20 is opened. Additionally, the side portions are non-porous. A step portion 11a is provided at the upper part of the side surface portion so as to be able to fit into an inner tank holder M2S, which will be described later. Furthermore, two hydraulic cylinders 14 are disposed on the ceiling of the processing tank 10, and the rods 14a are connected to the processing tank 1.
It is designed to move up and down toward the inner tank 11 inside the tank.
