【発明の詳細な説明】 発明の分野 本発明は絹織物の処理に関す−る。
発明の昔日 絹織物はその［Ｉ侶合い（ｔ＋ａｎｄｌｃ）　Ｊηなわ
ら感触（ｒｅｅｌ）に１曲（直があり、これを維持づる
ために及びシワになるのを避けるために、注意して洗１

である９゜ 発明の１ｉｉｌ小 本発明は絹織物に通常の注息を払わずに洗濯または乾燥
した場合に起こるシ１ノ発牛ヤ）安定性喪失を受１ノに
くくざＵる処理を、絹織物の！へ触を維持しながら可能
にする方法を促供−りるものである。
木兄１０１２種類の樹脂、寸なわら、］［１イド状メラ
ミン樹脂と非イオン性シリニ１−ンエラストン一を使用
りるものである。（り壱は編織物とくに木綿や化繊に柔
らかく滑らかな乾いた用合いを付与するために市場で入
手可能である。前古は紙の湿潤強１σを改善するために
紙を処理７るのに使用されてＪ３す、部分縮合メラミン
ホルムアルデヒド樹脂をＩ！、２酸やギ酸やＦｌｌ酎の
Ｊ、うな酸の中に、コントロルされた条ｆ１下で、溶解
し、ざらに水で希釈りることによって得られる。この溶
液は無限に水とａ相性になり、時間の杼過とと（Ｊｋゆ
っくりと青味がかったくもりを帯びる。この溶液はメラ
ミン樹脂の正帯電コロイド粒子を含イｊしている。
本発明によれば、絹織物にコ自イド状メラミン樹脂ａ３
よび非イオンｆ１シリ」−ン１ラス１〜７−を含浸さけ
ることを特徴とする、組織物の防シワ性および洗濯安定
性を改善ηる方法が提供される。
好ましくは、シリコーンエラストマーはコ［Ｉイド状メ
ラミン樹脂中に、すなわら、系の分散媒体を成す水性相
の中に、分散されている。
メラミン樹脂（よ好ましく【よ、メラミン核当たり少な
くとも３１１ムｌの−ＣＨ２ＯＲｊＪ　Ｎ！ＩＬ、旧ま
ト１またはＣアル：１ルぐある）を有するものである。
本発明をさらに実施例によって説明り−る。
犬ユ上 ト記成分を下記重量割合で・混合りることによって耐ｖ
１メラミン樹脂溶液をつくった：〜 ＢＩ’、ＬＩＬＬｌ１３３６として入手できる部分綜合
メラミンホルムアルデヒド樹脂の水溶液（反応性固形分
８０％；水で１＝１に希釈したときのＤＩ＋＝８．５）

１６＞　　　　　　　　　１水（４０℃）３に の混合物を２時間放置してコロイド性質を帯びさＵてか
ら、等容ｒｌの水で希釈して、可１史時間六カ月以上の
＝１０イド状メラミン樹脂を得た。
この希釈された組成物（１重重部）をざらに水（４部）
で希釈し、それから、この混合物にシリ：１−ンエラス
トマーをＪトイオン竹反応性ポリシロ１−＋１ン（Ｓａ
ｎｄｏｐｃｒｒａ”　ｒＥＮ　１月ニットの名称で販売
されている製品０．４５重吊郡）の水付エマルジョンの
形態で添加した。
それから、この混成樹脂組成物を全く通常のやり方で、
（２−ボウルパッドマングルによって）、通常のヒリシ
ン除去された原組織物に適用した。
溶液の吸着は織物の約８０Φ吊％であった。
それから、この含浸織物を６区画輸出機（区画１　Ｊ３
よび２は９０℃；区画３〜６は１１０〜１２０℃）によ
って自然乾燥した。試験結果はこの織物が防シワ竹、並
びに、洗濯に１お」、びドノイクリーニングの両方にお
１ノる安定性を改１へされたことを示した。この織物は
より迅速に乾燥され、そしてその縮みは５）％（未処Ｉ
ＩＩＩ織物：縦糸Ｊｊよび横糸）から１．５％（処理織
物；縦糸ＪりＪ、び横糸）に減少した。
染色された及びｌリン１〜された絹織物をト記−丁順に
従って処理した場合し回じ７Ｊ、うに良好な結果がＶｌ
られた。
輸出１ｉ　（ｓｔｅｎｔｅｒ　）の通過が織物に約６％
水分を残りようにコントロールされた場合には、織物は
樹脂の熱硬化を起こさせることにＪζる永久仕上げを付
与づるために高ル蟲で１ンボスまたは他の機械的仕上げ
がなされてｂよい。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絹織物にコロイド状メラミン樹脂および非イオン
    性シリコーンエラストマーを含浸させることを特徴とす
    る、絹織物の防シワ性および洗濯安定性を改善する方法
  2. （２）シリコーンエラストマーがコロイド状メラミン樹
    脂中に分散されている、請求項（１）項の方法。
  3. （３）メラミン樹脂がメラミン核当り少なくとも３個の
    −ＣＨ＿２ＯＲ基（但し、ＲはＨまたはＣ＿１＿−＿４
    アルキルである）を有するものである、請求項（１）ま
    たは（２）の方法。
