該固定機構を構成するに、前記支持杆の軸線方向
に揺動自在にストツパー部材を設けると共に、該
ストツパー部材を前記支持杆の外面部に付勢係止
させるための付勢手段を設け、かつ、当該ストツ
パー部材の前記付勢係止を解除するための操作具
を該ストツパー部材に備えさせてあることを特徴
