ダーを前記支持杆の上部側に設け、かつ、該ホル
ダーを横軸まわりで屈折自在な２個のホルダー部
材から構成すると共に、該ホルダー部材の一方に
前記横軸まわりで複数回の凹部を形成し、該凹部
に対して係脱自在な係合部材を前記ホルダー部材
の他方に設けると共に、当該係合部材を前記凹部
に付勢係合させるための付勢手段を設けてあるこ
