Claims (1)
- パルスジエツト用の逆洗弁を持つ逆洗装置付集
じん装置において、サイクルタイマと、フイルタ
ーを収納する缶体のガス入口室およびガス出口室
間に接続される差圧計と、同差圧計の信号および
上記サイクルタイマの信号を受け、出力を上記逆
洗弁へ送る逆洗弁作動信号器とを備え、同逆洗弁
作動信号器は上記差圧計の出力が所定値以下のと
き、所定の周期で上記逆洗弁を作動させ、同所定
値を越えたとき、その時点で上記周期を短縮して
逆洗弁を作動させることを特徴とする逆洗装置付
集じん装置。
