Claims (1)
- 吸込口から吐出口に至る通風路を形成した箱体
に上記通風路を横切るようにフイルタ体を設けた
フイルタ装置において、上記箱体に上記フイルタ
体の上流または下流の圧力を検知する圧力検知器
を任意選択的に取着可能に設けたことを特徴とす
るフイルタ装置。
