- 吸込口から吐出口に至る通風路を形成した箱体
に上記通風路を横切るようにフイルタ体を設けた
フイルタ装置において、上記フイルタ体の上流ま
たは下流の圧力を検知する圧力検知器を設けたこ
とを特徴とするフイルタ装置。
