Claims (1)
- アルミニユーム製熱交換器の側端に位置される
サイドメンバー１に挿通孔２を穿設すると共に、
一方の孔縁がその軸方向に滑らかな曲面で形成さ
れた短いフランジ付カラー状のアルミニユーム製
パツチプレート３を前記挿通孔２に挿入し、さら
にその他方の孔縁を滑らかに拡開してフランジ状
に形成することにより該パツチプレート３を前記
挿通孔２に止着し、その状態で該パツチプレート
３又はサイドメンバー１のいずれか一方の外面に
予め被覆されたろう材を炉内で溶融させて両者間
を一体的に接合し、前記パツチプレート３の孔に
両フランジ付マウントラバー４を圧入し、該マウ
ントラバー４の孔にボルト９を挿通して、それに
より前記サイドメンバー１を支持体に取り付ける
ように構成したアルミニユーム製熱交換器の支持
構造。
