Claims (1)
- 振動駆動用のアーム部材とコリオリ力検出用の
検出部材とを連結した振動片が１つ以上連結して
いるベース部材と、該ベース部材に取付けた棒状
の支持部材とを備えた圧電ジヤイロ振動子におい
て、前記支持部材の前記ベース部材への取付個所
に弾性材から成る緩衝部材を介設してあることを
特徴とする圧電ジヤイロ振動子。
