Claims (1)
- 振動駆動用のアーム部材とコリオリ力検出用の
検出部材とを連結した振動片が１つ以上連結して
いるベース部材と、該ベース部材に取付けた棒状
の支持部材とを備えた圧電ジヤイロ振動子におい
て、前記ベース部材は前記支持部材の取付個所及
びその近傍の幅を前記振動片の連結個所の幅より
も挟く形成してあることを特徴とする圧電ジヤイ
ロ振動子。
