Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. チヤンバー本体内にその一側に開口面を有する
    処理室を形成し、この処理室の背側板を介して前
    記チヤンバー本体の背側にて清浄空気を圧送すべ
    く形成された給気用流路には、これに連通させて
    前記処理室の作業台の側からの吹き出しを可能と
    した給気用分岐路と、前記開口面の下側縁部近傍
    に設けた下側吹き出し口からの吹き出しを可能と
    した噴出用分岐路とを配設するとともに、前記処
    理室の上部には、少なくとも前記下側吹き出し口
    と対向してその上方に位置させた上側吸込み口を
    介することで強制的に排気可能とした排気用流路
    を形成したことを特徴とするクリーンドラフト装
    置。
