用中の通信費を計数する通信費検出部と、 上記印字出力日時入力部で入力された部門コー
ド毎の印字出力日時と通信費検出部で計数した部
門コード毎の通信費の累計を記録する記憶部と、 該記憶部に記録されている印字出力日時と実際
の日時とを比較し、印字出力日時に達したか否か
