団７を重ねたものの断面図である。第３図（安定
板の幅が大）と第４図（安定板の幅が小）は、布
団（またはマツトレス）２の上に脊椎安定板１を
置き、その上に小蒲団７を重ねた場合であつて、
使用者が右に身動きをしたところを示す。第５図
、第６図、第７図は脊椎安定板１とポケツト４を
示す上面図、第８図、第９図、第１０図は「すの
こ」状に構成した脊椎安定板１の斜面図、第１１
図は「すのこ」状の脊椎安定板上で使用者が右に
身動きした場合、第１２図はその安定板を丸く巻
いたものの斜面図である。 １，１…脊椎安定板、２…蒲団またはマツトレ
ス、３…敷布、４…ポケツト、４．１…ポケツト

    ４を設けた敷蒲団２とを組み合わせた、健康保持
    用の寝具。 ３ 背丈が人間の身長程度から少なくとも人間の
    座高程度の長さの棒を並べて構成した、あるいは
    背丈が人間の身長程度から少なくとも人間の座高
    程度であり、一辺が数ミリ、または数センチであ
    つて、奥行きが適当な長さを有する細長い６面体
