- 医用電子加速装置において、架台、照射ヘツド
、照射野限定機構、治療台の各駆動機構に具備さ
れた位置検出器と、前記位置検出器からの電気信
号を入力するラツチ回路と、前記ラツチ回路と前
記位置検出器との出力信号を比較する比較回路と
、前記比較回路により出力される信号により医用
電子加速装置を制御するインターロツク回路とを
備えて成ることを特徴とする医用電子加速装置。
