Claims (1)
- 医用電子加速装置において、制御器盤面に照射
条件を設定する為の設定スイツチを有し、前記設
定スイツチの設定値をラツチするラツチ回路と、
前記ラツチ回路と前記設定スイツチとの出力信号
を比較する比較回路と、前記比較回路により出力
される信号により医用電子加速装置を制御するイ
ンターロツク回路とを備えて成ることを特徴とす
る医用電子加速装置。
