る。 図中、１は受水ケーシング、２は排水口、３は
支持リブ、４は開口孔、５はシールラバー、６は
リング状の突起、７はシールラバー抑え、８は係
止孔、９は駆動シヤフト、１０は軸シール部、１
１は係止爪、１２は緩衝スプリング、１３は取付
ボルト、１４は取付板、１５は取付孔、１６はブ
レーキ胴、１７は腕木、１８はモータシヤフト、
１９はモータシヤフト挿通孔、２０は駆動モータ
、２１は脱水槽カツプリング、２２は盲穴、２３
は貫通ピン孔、２４は取付脚、２５はボールベア
リング、２６はブレーキアーム、２７はローリン

Claims (1)
- 厨房機器のシンク底面に上方に開口した有底円
筒状の受水ケーシングを設け、同受水ケーシング
内に有底円筒状の脱水槽を設け、同脱水槽のシヤ
フトを上記受水ケーシング下部に配設した駆動モ
ータのシヤフトにシールラバーを嵌通して結合し
、上記駆動モータを搭載する取付板を上記受水ケ
ーシングに懸垂装着してなる厨芥物水切機におい
て、上記取付板上に円筒状に形成されたブレーキ
胴を装着し、上記駆動モータのモータシヤフトに
ローリングピンを直角に固定し、脱水槽のシヤフ
トに回転方向に引掛け爪を有するブレーキアーム
を懸垂固定し、上記モータシヤフトの先端にボー
ルベアリングを介して上記シヤフトの軸受孔を回
動自在に冠着支持し、上記ローリングピンが上記
ブレーキアームを摺動する位置に保持し、上記ブ
レーキアームを上記ブレーキ胴に圧接してなる厨
芥物水切機の制動装置。
