Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定の物理力を出力する能動素子と、該能
動素子よりの物理的出力に基づいて電気変換を行
う受動素子との間に複数の開閉制御体を配し、該
開閉制御体が夫々個別に、異なる位置に配置した
アクチユエータの揺動変位に対応して位置変位可
能に構成した事を特徴とする検知機構。 (2) 前記複数の開閉制御体を、能動素子から出
力された物理力の遮閉を行う遮閉部材、又該物理
力の一部を透過可能な半透過部材、及びこれらの
組み合わせで形成し、該組み合わせた開閉制御体
の開閉制御により論理積又は論理和に基づいて、
前記アクチユエータを配置した複数位置の変位状
態を検知可能に構成した請求項(1)記載の検知機
構。
