Claims (1)
- 発光素子と、この発光素子からの出射光を導波
する光フアイバと、これらを収納するケースと、
前記発光素子に保持板を介して熱的に連絡された
温度制御用ペルチエ素子とを備え、前記保持板は
前記ケースから貫通して前記ケースの外部に突出
し、前記ペルチエ素子は前記保持板のケース外部
の突出部に接合したことを特徴とする温度制御型
発光モジユール。
