Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 果実を内部に収めて成育させるために使用す
る果実袋であつて、その一辺に開口部が形成され
ると共に開口部周縁の近傍に塑性変形可能な金属
材料よりなる封止素子が配置され、この封止素子
を変形させて前記開口部を閉封状態に保持可能と
したものにおいて、前記封止素子は、外気温度の
所定の変化に応じて変形前の初期形状に復元して
前記開口部を開封する温度特性を有する形状記憶
材料の線条材よりなることを特徴とする果実袋。 ２ 請求項１記載の果実袋において、前記封止素
子は、外気温度が第１の所定温度レベルを越えて
上昇した後、より低温側の第２の所定温度レベル
以下に低下したときに変形前の初期形状に復元し
て前記開口部を開封する温度特性を有する形状記
憶材料の線条材よりなることを特徴とする果実袋
。 ３ 請求項２記載の果実袋において、前記封止素
子は、それぞれ温度特性の異なる形状記憶材料よ
りなる第１および第２の線条材を相互に並設配置
してなり、第１の線条材は外気温度が前記第１の
所定温度レベルを越えて上昇したときに変形前の
初期形状に復元しうるものとし、また、第２の線
条材は外気温度が前記第１の所定温度レベルに達
した後、前記第２の所定温度レベル以下に低下し
たときに変形前の初期形状に復元しうるものとし
たことを特徴とする果実袋。 ４ 請求項３記載の果実袋において、第１の線条
材を、封止素子の塑性変形状態で第２の線条材の
外側に位置するように配置したことを特徴とする
果実袋。 ５ 請求項１記載の果実袋において、袋をほぼ矩
形形状に形成し、その一辺に前記開口部を配置す
ると共にこれに隣接する辺に沿う開口部の近傍領
域に前記封止素子を配置したことを特徴とする果
実袋。
