Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 横長の長尺形極冷温低媒容器と、その内部
    に超電導体を導設し、その両端にガス冷却式電流
    リードを設け、前記冷媒収納部を左右に仕切りそ
    の間に超電導体を貫通せしめた隔壁層を設け、前
    記電流リードのガス制御用バルブをそれぞれ独立
    に制御する制御部とから成る極低温冷媒容器。 (2) 前記冷媒収納部に封入した冷媒としてＨｅ
    液を用いたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の極
    低温冷媒容器。 (3) 前記隔壁層を冷媒収納部の略中央に設け、
    仕切壁による冷媒液量を均等に収容できるように
    したことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の極
    低温冷媒容器。
