Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 鉄心上にエラストマーの下層部を形成し、
    該下層部上に、少なくとも１２ｇ／ｄ以上の高強
    度と切断伸度が１０％以下の剛性の大なる有機繊
    維の短繊維２〜２５mmをゴム１００重量部に対し
    １〜１５重量部の範囲に接合状態にエラストマー
    中に配合形成した強力短繊維拡散層を、使用条件
    に対応した各種のエラストマー被覆層にて被覆し
    て上位区域部を形成した鉄板搬送及び液絞り用ゴ
    ム状弾性ロール。 (2) 上位区域部の強力短繊維拡散層を接合する
    エラストマー結合層及びエラストマー被複層に選
    定使用されるエラストマーが靭性指数の大なるポ
    リウレタンゴム、その他ＳＢＲ，ＣＲ，ＣＳＰＥ
    ，ＮＢＲ、耐熱性エラストマー等の群から選定さ
    れた１種または２種以上の組合せからなるエラス
    トマーである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の鉄板搬送及び液絞り用ゴム状弾性ロール。 (3) 下層部のエラストマーに有機の短繊維２〜
    ２５mmを１〜１０％の範囲に配合したエラストマ
    ーの下層部である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の鉄板搬送及び液絞り用ゴム状弾性ロール。
