隔をあけて各々2個水平よりやや上向きに傾斜し
て取り付けられている。すなわち前記支持フオー
ク17は水平より約3゜傾斜している。該支持フオ
ーク17は先端部がやや細径になされた突起物で
あり、耐熱性がよく、塗装物の重量に十分耐えら
れる材料で鉄やステンレス等が用いられる。一
方、前記パレツト本体12の前方及び後方の裏面
は横手方向に沿つて鋼鉄製レール18が敷設さ
れ、前記パレツト7は該レール18を介してコン
ベア6のローラ19上に載置される。また、パレ
ツト本体12は、下方より送られる熱風を塗装物
へ導く通風32が4箇所開口され、パレツト本体
12の中央部を横断する十字状の枠が形成され、
該枠の適当箇所には位置決め穴23が穿設されて
いる。さらにパレツト本体12の両側の略中央に
位置検出用の切欠部20が形成されている。すな
わち該切欠部20にコンベア6上に設けられた位
置検出センサ(図示省略)が納まると、パレツト
7はコンベア6から離脱されフリーになされる。
つまり、コンベア6の下方にはエアシリンダ10
が設けられ、しかも、該エアシリンダ10のピス
トンロツド21の上端には支持体21を介して位
置決め板11が固着され、該位置決め板11には
円錐台状突起22が設けられているので、切欠部
20に上記位置検出センサが納まると該位置検出
センサの出力がエアシリンダ10を制御する。そ
のためピストンロツド21が上昇され突起22が
パレツト7の位置決め穴23に嵌入されてパレツ
ト7をコンベア6から離脱して持ち上げられる。
尚、前記切欠部20はパレツト7の片側だけに形
成しておいてもよく、またコンベア6上にリミツ
トスイツチ等を設けてパレツトの位置検出を行つ
てもよい。
