Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被処理物を支持する被処理物支持部材が熱処理
    装置本体内で移動し、この移動によつて前記熱処
    理装置本体内にて前記被処理物を搬送し、この被
    処理物に所定の熱処理を施す連続熱処理装置にお
    いて、前記被処理物支持部材を移動させることに
    よつてこの移動のための駆動手段で発生する塵埃
    を前記熱処理装置外へ排出する塵埃排出手段を有
    することを特徴とする連続熱処理装置。
