Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒状の固定軸に、ポリゴンミラーと磁石
を取り付けた中空の回転軸を嵌合し、磁石と向か
い合つたコイルに電流を流すことによつて回転軸
を回転させる空気磁気軸受型の高速回転用ポリゴ
ンスキヤナにおいて、ハウジングを２重構造とし
たことを特徴とする高速回転用ポリゴンスキヤナ
。 (2) 内側ハウジングの材質をアルミニウムなど
の金属としたことを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載
の高速回転用ポリゴンスキヤナ。 (3) 内側ハウジングと外側ハウジング間を冷却
液が流れる冷却液循環経路を設け、その経路中に
放熱器及び冷却液の補助タンクを設けたことを特
徴とする請求項(1)に記載の高速回転用ポリゴン
スキヤナ。
