Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 温度検出器を取り付けた焼枠と露光装置との中
    間位置に設けられ熱線を吸収し紫外線を透過させ
    る冷却用の水槽と、該水槽の排出冷却水が加えら
    れるとともにクーラからの配管とヒータの配管と
    を内蔵した熱交換器と、該熱交換器の排出水を前
    記水槽に還流させるポンプとを備える外に、前記
    温度検出器の検出温度信号と所定制御温度範囲の
    上限値と下限値とをそれぞれ限定する温度設定器
    の設定温度信号とが加えられ検出温度信号が設定
    温度信号より高い場合の時間のみ、または低い場
    合の時間のみ出力信号を送出する比較器と、この
    比較器における設定温度信号が検出温度信号より
    低い場合または高い場合の出力信号によつて前記
    クーラ配管への冷却媒体の送出作動または前記ヒ
    ータの加熱作動へ切替えられる切替手段とを設け
    て構成することを特徴とする焼枠用冷却水の温度
    制御装置。
