The upper header plate (2) softens due to heating during brazing, and due to its gravity, bends downward as shown by the chain lines in Figures 3 and 4, causing the outer circumferential surface of the tube expansion part (4a) and the tube expansion part insertion hole ( 7) The distance from the circumferential surface becomes larger than before brazing.

同様な問題があった。The above-mentioned interval before brazing is indicated by (AI), and the above-mentioned interval after brazing is indicated by (A2). Therefore, the interval after brazing (
There was a problem in that the gap (A2) was not completely filled due to insufficient brazing material at A2), resulting in poor brazing performance and the risk of leakage occurring from this brazed portion. Moreover, in order to prevent the above-mentioned leakage, it is necessary to perform leakage prevention treatment after brazing, but since the tank structure (3) is brazed to the header plate (2), the above-mentioned leakage prevention treatment is necessary. The problem was that implementation was extremely difficult and costly. Additionally, when the upper header plate (2) bends downward as described above, the heat exchange tube (4) shifts downward,
The distance between the outer peripheral surface of the lower expanded tube part (4a) of the heat exchange tube (4) and the peripheral surface of the expanded tube part insertion hole (7) of the lower header plate (2) also becomes larger, and as a result, the distance between I had a similar problem.

を行うことを特徴とするものである。Means for Solving the Problems The method of manufacturing a heat exchanger according to the present invention includes a pair of header plates arranged at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction, and a header tank which is brazed to the outside of both header plates together with the header plate. , a plurality of heat exchange tubes disposed between both header plates and connected at both ends to the header plate, and a heat exchange tube disposed between adjacent heat exchange tubes and brazed to the heat exchange tubes. A method for manufacturing a heat exchanger equipped with corrugated fins, the method comprising: forming a plurality of heat exchange tube insertion holes at predetermined intervals in the left and right direction in both header plates; 1. Insert the parts into the heat exchange tube insertion holes of both header plates, place corrugated fins between adjacent heat exchange tubes, place the tank structure on the outside of the header plate, Tightening the heat exchange tubes and corrugated fins with a pair of side jigs and tightening tools, tightly fitting the lower tank structure to the lower header plate with a lower jig placed below the lower tank structure, and Header plate and tank structure, header plate and heat exchange tube,
When manufacturing a heat exchanger by brazing heat exchange tubes and corrugated fins, a pair of upper and lower horizontal header plate pressing members are placed at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction, and a pair of horizontal header plate pressing members are placed between both pressing members. A header plate deflection prevention jig is prepared, each of which has both ends fixed to a pressing member and includes a biasing member that urges both of the pressing members outward. This method is characterized in that the above brazing is performed while applying a member to the inside of the header plate and urging both header plates outward.

In addition, in the above, two jigs for preventing header plate deflection are prepared, and the header plate pressing member is brought into contact with both side edges of the header plate, but one jig for preventing header plate deflection is used. The header plate pressing member may be brought into contact with one side edge of the header plate. In addition, the header plate pressing member and biasing member in the jig for preventing header plate deflection are made of stainless steel, but are not limited to this, and may be brazed to the header plate during brazing, or Any material can be changed as appropriate as long as it does not pose a risk of contaminating the parts.

。Effects of the Invention According to the method for manufacturing a heat exchanger of the present invention, a pair of upper and lower horizontal header plate pressing members arranged at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction, and a pair of horizontal header plate pressing members arranged between both pressing members with both ends thereof A header plate deflection prevention jig consisting of a biasing member that is fixed to the pressing member and urges both of the pressing members outward is prepared, and the header plate pressing member of the header plate deflection prevention jig is fixed to the header plate. Since the above-mentioned brazing is performed while applying pressure to the inside and urging both header plates outward, it is possible to prevent the header plates from bending due to heating during brazing, and the heat exchange tube The distance between the outer circumferential surface of the expanded tube portion and the circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface of the expanded tube portion is prevented from becoming larger than before brazing. Therefore, it is possible to prevent leakage from occurring from the brazed portion due to insufficient brazing material at the above-mentioned intervals, resulting in poor brazing performance. Moreover, there is no need to carry out any leakage prevention treatment to prevent the above-mentioned leakage, making the work easier and reducing costs.
