  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ２つの導波管を誘電体基板を挟込んで接続
    する導波管の接続構造に於いて、誘電体基板の導
    波管開口部周縁より伝送信号の半波長の任意の整
    数倍距離だけ導波管外側方向に離れた位置に導通
    スルーホールを設けたことを特徴とする導波管の
    接続構造。 (2) 誘電体基板上にマイクロ回路を構成した請
    求項第１項記載の導波管の接続構造。
