第１図は本考案に係る一実施例の一体発泡成形
型を脱型前の状態で示す概略断面図、第２図及び
第３図は、上記成形型に取付けられているワイヤ
操縦装置の相反する操作状態を対比して示す正面
図、第４図は上記成形型の押出ピンが設けられて
いる部位の部分拡大断面図、第５図は従来の一体
発泡成形型に係る図である。 図中：１……上型、３……押出ピン、４……基
準ピン、８……インサート、９……スプリング、
１４……ワイヤ操縦装置、２０……一体発泡成形
型、Ａ，Ｂ……ワイヤ。

Claims (1)
- インサート固定用基準ピンと脱型用押出ピンと
がいずれも圧縮バネを介して上型に突出可能に内
設されているとともに、それらのバネの弾発力に
抗して上記各ピンを上型内に牽引するための各ワ
イヤを備え且つその一方のワイヤを牽引すると同
時に他方のワイヤを弛緩させ又その逆の動作を行
うことの出来るワイヤ操縦装置が上型に取付けら
れていることを特徴とする一体発泡成形型。
