Claims (1)
- 熱風及び冷風が供給され、温度が一定となるよ
うに上記熱風及び冷風の供給量が調節されると共
に、上記熱風及び冷風の混合流量が一定となるこ
とが要求される定温容器の温度制御装置において
、容器内の温度調節計手段と、上記上記熱風及び
冷風の混合流体の流量調節計手段と、上記流量調
節計手段の操作出力に対して上記温度調節計手段
の操作出力に関連した比率演算を実行して上記熱
風及び冷風の流量制御弁に供給する比率設定手段
とを具備した定温容器の温度制御装置。
