- １次圧与圧手段を介して供給される流体の流量
測定値と設定値に基づいて流量制御弁に操作出力
を供給する流量調節手段と、上記操作出力を関数
演算した信号を測定値とし上記流量制御弁の開度
が一定となるように上記１次圧与圧手段を制御す
る弁開度調節手段とを具備した流量制御装置。
