Claims (1)
- ハウジング部材の内周に多孔質材料により形成
された軸受部材を配置し、該軸受部材を介して加
圧気体を噴出させてこの気体圧力で前記軸受部材
に遊嵌する軸を浮遊状態で回転自在に保持する軸
受であつて、前記軸受部材をその外周でハウジン
グ部材の内周に螺合固定するよう構成したこと、
を特徴とする多孔質静圧気体軸受。
