Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸の周囲に間隙を設けて円筒状の薄肉部材を配
    設し、円筒状の薄肉部材を該薄肉部材周囲に間隙
    を介して位置する軸受ハウジングに弾性的に支持
    しかつ薄肉部材と軸受ハウジングとの間に流体充
    填空間を形成する弾性部材を設ける一方、前記軸
    受ハウジングに形成された絞りを介して前記流体
    充填空間と連通する収縮膨脹可能な空所を設けた
    ことを特徴とする動圧気体軸受装置。
