Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中央部に孔を有する一対の圧電セラミツク
板を、中央部に孔を有する中間電極板の両面に両
方の孔が整合するように貼り合わせて成る電歪素
子において、上記中間電極板と一対の圧電セラミ
ツク板との変位量が最大となる部分に、内周縁か
ら外周縁に渡つて延びる共通の欠損部を設けたこ
とを特徴とする電歪素子。 (2) 中央部に孔を有する一対の圧電セラミツク
板を、中央部に孔を有する中間電極板の両面に両
方の孔が整合するように貼り合わせて成る電歪素
子において、上記中間電極板と一対の圧電セラミ
ツク板との変位量が最大となる部分の近傍部分に
、内周縁から外周縁に渡つて延びる共通の欠損部
を設けたことを特徴とする電歪素子。
